1. Statutory Scope & Commitment

This Privacy Policy describes how SubsidyNexus Advisory Services and its dedicated sector vertical MSME, Manufacturing & Exports Portal (msme.subsidynexus.in) collect, protect, process, and retain personal, financial, and enterprise information provided by clients during government grant consultation, DPR preparation, and departmental filing.

2. Data Collection Protocols

In accordance with statutory government subsidy application guidelines (MoFPI, NABARD, MSME, DIC, and DPIIT), we collect only necessary data categories, including:

• Promoter Identification: Name, Aadhaar details (NPCI bank-seeded verification), PAN card, and residential address.
• Enterprise Land & Property: 7/12 Land Extracts, 8A records, NA industrial zoning certificates, and factory lease deeds.
• Banking & Financials: Audited balance sheets, CMA data, GST returns, and bank account sanction details for DBT disbursement.
• Direct Contact Data: Authorized mobile number, official email address, and communication preferences.

3. Purpose-Bound Data Usage

Collected documentation is utilized solely for:

• Verifying upfront enterprise eligibility under published Central and State government subsidy guidelines.
• Drafting certified Detailed Project Reports (DPR), Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) assessments, and quotation audits.
• Filing statutory grant applications on official portals (MahaDBT, MoFPI, National Livestock Mission, and DIC).
• Liaison with lending commercial banks and coordinating official spot verification visits.

4. DPDP Act 2023 Compliance & Zero Third-Party Monetization

SubsidyNexus strictly adheres to Section 6 and Section 8 of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. We enforce an absolute policy against selling, leasing, renting, or monetizing your enterprise data to any commercial third parties, advertisers, or lead brokers.

5. Data Encryption & Security Measures

All client dossiers uploaded through our digital lockers are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Physical records and DPR blueprints are stored in restricted-access archival facilities.
